Michael Tadlock
Senior Pastor
Michael Tadlock is our Senior Pastor, leading the ministry and vision of Bethel. I want to serve the Lord and the Bethel Church family in any way I can. I’m excited about what the Lord is and will do in this season through us all!
Tayton Poole
Director of Worship/Young Adult Pastor
Tayton Poole is a product of a great family and his growing up at Bethel Church. This gives him a unique perspective. Tayton’s passion for worship and for the young adults in our church shine brightly in his ministry.
Amanda Tadlock
Director of Connections/Women's Ministry
Amanda is the wife of our Senior Pastor, she connects our people and visitors to the life of Bethel. When she’s not doing that, she leads the Women’s Ministry of our church. Amanda loves people and she loves studying the Word of God.
Scott Sensat

Scott can be seen on Sunday mornings recruiting people for small groups! I love being a part of the process and work that grows the church and its people by seeing them come to Christ and grow in their relationship with him.
Monique Doucet
director of Children
Monique can be found in Kid City on Sunday mornings. I love having the opportunity to share the Gospel with some children for the very first time and help them form their very first thoughts about who God is.
Dean St.Cyr
Bookkeeper
Dean is a Pastor, a Teacher, and a servant of the Lord. In this important role, he helps provide accountability and integrity in the way we handle the generous giving of our church.
